1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the puan77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access online betting and gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold any other active or suspended account on the puan77 platform.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the puan77 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a puan77 employee or contractor.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion, or the undue influence of any person.

puan77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

3 Account Registration

You may register a single personal account on the puan77 platform by completing the online registration form and providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following obligations apply from the moment your account is created:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All personal details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — must be truthful and accurate. puan77 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect details provided at registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your puan77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. puan77 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify puan77 immediately at [email protected].

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one and only one puan77 account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, date of birth, residential address, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — will be suspended without notice. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be permanently forfeited. puan77's determination on what constitutes a duplicate account is final.

3.4 Account Currency

All puan77 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is supported on the platform. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted and displayed in IDR. There are no currency conversion fees.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

puan77 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). KYC verification may also be triggered at the platform's discretion for accounts displaying unusual activity patterns.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: A document confirming your date of birth — the KTP or passport is typically sufficient.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in Indonesia (dated within three months).

4.2 Processing Time

puan77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation package. During periods of high demand — such as major BRI Liga 1 fixture dates or Indonesian public holidays — processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email and, where applicable, in-platform notification once your KYC review is complete.

5 Deposits

puan77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fee.
• Deposits made via bank transfer must include the unique reference code provided in the puan77 Cashier. Transfers submitted without the correct reference code may be delayed or unmatched.
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your puan77 Wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transfer.
• puan77 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which puan77 accepts no responsibility.
• puan77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at its discretion, including as part of a responsible gaming intervention.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the puan77 Cashier, subject to the conditions outlined below. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Only Real Funds (i.e., deposited funds and winnings derived from Real Funds after satisfying any applicable Wagering Requirements) are withdrawable.
• E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within five minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are processed within one business day of approval, subject to the recipient bank's own clearing schedule.
• puan77 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification if the transaction triggers internal risk controls or AML screening procedures.
• In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to fraud investigation, account dispute, or regulatory instruction — puan77 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal. You will be notified of any such hold and given an opportunity to respond.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

puan77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion do not count toward Wagering Requirements.

7.2 Eligible Games & Markets

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Sportsbook bets, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft typically contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the promotion terms. Crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman may be restricted from Bonus Fund play entirely on certain promotions.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit depending on the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. puan77 does not extend bonus expiry dates except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7.4 Anti-Abuse Policy

puan77 monitors bonus usage closely. Any member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any resulting winnings forfeited. puan77's determination on what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the puan77 platform, you acknowledge and accept the following rules:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by puan77. puan77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where odds have been published in error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where a market has been suspended. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an in-platform confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

8.2 Odds and Results

Sportsbook odds displayed on the puan77 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. In the event of a result dispute, puan77 relies on official data providers and governing body results. For BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia matches, official results from PSSI are used. For international football, FIFA and the relevant governing body are the reference authorities.

8.3 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to all individual leg bet rules. If any leg of a mix parlay is void, that leg is treated as a push (odds of 1.00) and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum payout limits on mix parlay bets are specified in the Sportsbook rules section accessible from your account dashboard after login.

8.4 Slot and Casino Games

All slot titles and casino games on puan77 use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently tested by recognised third-party laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the game information panel. puan77 accepts no liability for technical faults occurring on the side of the game studio provider, though affected bets will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the studio provider's stated void-game policy.

8.5 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming and other certified studio partners are governed by the studio's own table rules, which are displayed on-screen during each session. In the event of a streaming interruption during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the game's server-side record, not the client-side display.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the puan77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all bets and winnings, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction fraudulently via your bank or e-wallet provider (a "chargeback").
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing puan77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the puan77 platform — including the puan77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, data, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of puan77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any puan77 content without the prior written consent of puan77. Unauthorised use of puan77 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Privacy & Data

puan77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

puan77 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (KYC bureaus, payment processors, fraud screening services) solely to the extent necessary to provide the puan77 service.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puan77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outage, force majeure, or any cause beyond puan77's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain typographical errors or data feed errors.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In no event shall puan77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming

puan77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all members through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders or session cutoffs after a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all puan77 marketing communications.

14 Termination

puan77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes.
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose puan77 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• You have engaged in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward puan77 staff or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

15 Amendments

puan77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, puan77 will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the puan77 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 14.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which puan77 is licensed and regulated internationally. puan77 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and maintains compliance with its licensing authority's requirements.

Any dispute between you and puan77 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration will be conducted remotely where both parties agree, or at a neutral venue. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
